I haven't been to a worse dealership yet. I thought It was bad when I bought the car; the sales person and the manager were very rude and condescending. The sad thing was we were paying cash for our van. And, today when I took it in to have the brakes fixed, a problem noted on a bulletin, they were again rude and condescending. Refused to fix it, they said it was due to hard driving conditions, which this van has not seen a day in its life. Icing on the cake: they want $20 for their services, or lack of. Go to cary or raleigh and avoid these people. Must be something in the water or air.
