when i visit this location i am pretty much satisfied. everyone seems to move pretty quick so i don't have to wait a long time. they have complimentary cookies and coffee for you while you're waiting. they make sure they address u and make sure your needs are met. i feel very welcome when i'm in this bank of america location thanks to the nice people who work there.
